Powered by Eastman’s molecular recycling technologies, Eastar 6763 Renew offers the same durability, safety and performance as Eastar 6763 copolyester. The amount of plastic waste diverted is tracked through an ISCC-certified mass balance accounting approach, which allocates recycled content to Eastman Renew materials.

The sustainable packaging solution enables Ostium Group to further minimize the environmental impact of medical procedures. This strategic move also aligns with the company’s dedication to sustainability and contribution to circular economy.

Innovative molecular recycling technology

Eastman’s molecular recycling processes hard-to-recycle plastic waste, setting it apart from traditional mechanical recycling methods. By breaking down plastic waste to the molecular level, Eastman expands sourcing opportunities and produces materials that perform the same as virgin materials.

Molecular recycling technology ensures the highest standards of quality and performance of Eastar Renew, allowing it to be fit in the most demanding medical applications.
