Chinese semiconductor applications company and Solvay extend partnership
Solvay and Shanghai Shengjian Environment Technology have penned a strategic partnership framework agreement to strengthen their business relations and expand into new markets.
Based on over 10 years of mutual success in important segments of the semiconductor, FPD, solar power and other growth industries, the partners will intensify their collaboration across all fields of new product and application development, market development, technical exchange and material supply.
Shengjian and Solvay signed Strategic Partnership Agreement for technical exchange, market development and material supply.
Shengjian has a leading position in flat panel display and semiconductor applications, supported by Solvay on innovative material supply. The Chinese company is seeking to boost its business growth with Solvay’s technical support and high performance product portfolio.
Under the new agreement, the two parties will jointly promote the development and marketing of components, systems and processes in the semiconductor, flat panel display, solar power and expand other demanding industries with deeper cooperation.
In addition, environmental protection and sustainability will also be a focus under the framework agreement.
With existing technological capabilities and business resources, Solvay will assist Shengjian in bringing new customers and expanding into new market segments. Apart from regular information exchange and technical meetings, both parties will support each other through seminars and participation in industry conferences and exhibitions.
